Item, I give to Mary Antrobus, ge, spinster, my second cousin by the He, all that my freehold estate and ne parish of St. Michael, Cornhill, w let at the yearly rent of sixty-five 1 ands, after the dece es (by the will of Ar Long solely and enti overplus of interest farther, if at the time kany arrear of salary y's treasury, I give ۲ after the decease of the said Jane Olliffe, I give the said estate to the said Mary Antrobus, To Have and To Hold, to her, her heirs and assigns for ever. Further, I bequeath to the said Mary Antrobus the sum of six hundred pounds, New South-Sea Annuities, now standing in the joint names of Jane Olliffe and Thomas Gray, but charged with the payment of five pounds per anmum, to Graves Stokeley, of Stoke-Pogeis, in the County of Bucks; which sum of six hundred pounds, after the decease of the said annuitant, Hoes (by the will of Anne Rogers, my late aunt) Delong solely and entirely to me; together with all overplus of interest in the meantime accruing. I give to my servant, mpstead, the sum of fifty pounds, nk Annuities; and if he continues in o the time of my death, I also give wearing apparel and linen. I give to sins above-mentioned, Mary Antroothy Comyns, all my plate, watches, anuscripts, coins, music, printed or written, nd papers of all kinds, to preserve or destroy at Es own discretion: And after my just debts and e expences of my funeral are discharged, all the sidue of my personal estate whatsoever I do ereby give and bequeath to the said Reverend Villiam Mason, and to the Reverend Mr. James rowne, President of Pembroke-hall, Cambridge, - be equally divided between them: desiring em to apply the sum of two hundred pounds to use of charity, concerning which I have already formed them: and I do hereby constitute and point them, the said William Mason and James rowne, to be joint executors of this my last will id testament.
