P. 6, note 3: Or better, perhaps, false and baseless imputations, reflecting discredit upon the Psalmist. (The sequel, especially v. 5, seems to shew that the Psalmist is addressing, not his foes, but impatient and distrustful companions, who apparently blame him unjustly for some misfortune which has befallen them.)

P. 7, note 4, read: Ex. xxxiii. 16.
